Print gang estimator

Defaults are a 1" margin on all sides and a 0.25" gap between prints — override either below. For roll-fed material, set sheet height to a large placeholder (e.g. 900") and use the estimated linear feet rather than the sheet height itself. Sizes mix on shared sheets, each piece rotated individually for best fit.
